In the first timeline he was drugged, raped and forced to take the pain of other people when healing them. His entire being in the first timeline is just a heal slave, so like I said the hate is pretty much justified

It pretty much gets shown in the first chapter he could've gotten out a lot earlier, also if it was solely about justified revenge, he could've just let them die and return after winning with all the glory.

Instead he goes back to the past so he can get tortured again so he has a "Justification" of getting to be able to avenge himself on the past princess. Also him manipulating the saintess who literally never even hurt him in the previous timeline.
And the story continues in him downright engineering the situations he could take revenge for instead of using his knowledge to prevent them in the first place.
The world is an edgefest as well, but Keyaru definetely is a part of it and there is no fucking justification for that.

I agree that the manga is an edge fiesta but still my point is that he didn't start shits. Even if he could escape way earlier but didn't do it because then he would need to face 3 heroes on his ass. So that's why he wait for the right moment to strike back at those that wronged him. Also for the 2nd timeline he knew that the kingdom is searching for another hero a.k.a. him so he needs to comply because he wants to get closer to his target of revenge and also the threat that the kingdom might ravages his home villages should he not come with them (which actually got destroyed albeit for another reason)

My dude in terms of sheer edginess there's literally no debate. The scene where mc turns that dude into a girl alone is 90k worse than anything this psycho could come up with.
