Not really. If Akiba didn't do anything wrong and had a far more pleasant attitude than the one he's shown, then I would find his current beatdown unjust rather than karma, and I'd find fault with the girl beating him.

However that's not the case.

Biggest issue with the story so far, is how insistent the MC is on " Not hurting anyone" Despite this dude being a vile POS. Leaves the realm of plausibility that someone that has to go through the stuff she does wouldn't want some type of revenge or justice extracted on him.

Then the second biggest issue is just little this dude get's punished.

That's not an issue at all. You really think some kind-hearted soft girl is gonna want to see anyone violently beaten up in front of her? Why would she? Even more so with her being abused as kid. And what she's been through since the game started. She can't even look at a pocket knife anymore
Also, you can want revenge on someone without it entailing some kind of no holds barred beatdown in front of your face.

Yeah, she's not exactly noble and/or righteous either (especially considering when we first saw her), hence a reason as to why I'm not exactly praising her over the moon. I'm just glad someone's (it didn't have to be her, I would've welcomed almost anyone) there to give him a bit of his comeuppance.
