First, we know Akiba is psycho but Akiba not realize he is psycho. I mean no one talk to solve "how to let that psycho urge leave" instead people just want their desire done, or their despair freed without knowing "what really happen" to Akiba. Sad.
We got flashback but not the character in manga know what happen to Akiba. Such a common L mangaka done since it not realistic someone has to be psycho but no one really aware about it and selfish think. That's why whatever people talk, I will be Akiba side just because "no one told the truth"
