It depends on the shops/website… some may do international shipping but I'm not sure. You could always use a forwarding/buying service if not.

They're companies that will place an order for you, get it delivered to their address (in Japan), and then charge you international shipping fees + a service fee for them to send it to you. More worth it if you're ordering multiple items at once. Tenso and White Rabbit Express are examples. I'd be pretty surprised if Hisomaso merch was ever sold outside Japan but considering it's licensed by (the US-based) Netflix, who knows, I guess. If you want to talk more I'd recommend moving it to DMs as to not spam up the comments here.
