@YamiryuuZero That's actually a good thing! Jogging is done at around 50%-85% peak heart rate while sprinting like a fucking roadrunner away from the guy trying to stab you for your wallet is closer to 90%-100%! You'll get a more varied workout!
joking aside this is actually true regarding heart rate and it's important to exercise at all brackets. A close personal friend of mine is a regular marathon runner, does triathlons, training for a half ironman etc so his endurance at 50-85% heart rate is not in question but after we took up squash together for fun he quickly realised his high intensity endurance was much lower lol. We peak 600-700 calories per hour doing that shit.

you did great senpai! I only got to 5k after 9 weeks! I use C25K though, and I still have a hard time keeping my heart rate around 155-160bpm now @_@
