There's a lot of technology he could share that is primitive by his standards and is future tech for them. Not sure why we gotta focus on the end game tech tree.

Hell, just giving them the formula for the Haber–Bosch process would be a massive agricultural game changer.
I feel like part of that is minister Ham's fault for being so pushy and demanding. That space travel tech was what Ham wanted explained at a meeting about global cooling.
He seems to be more interested in making political waves rather than directly solving global cooling or looking for more immediately applicable tech.

Didn't they consider his hands as "sexual organs"?

Is this her animal way of going "Fuck me live in front of the audience, so that hussy Haruko can watch."

More specifically, their excuse was because they "resemble sex organs." It's like when the TV stations would only show Elvis from the waist up because his hips were moving too damn fine. Gotta censor it for the kids.

Chapter 6: 10 pages

Chapter 7.1: 8 pages

Chapter ex: 1 illustration

Chapter 7.2: every other week

I look forward to the elevator arc.

My first guess was that his ship used something even more advanced and dangerous like cold fusion or antimatter, though I guess nuclear fission is also sufficiently difficult and potentially cataclysmic.
More simple than that: Rockets. they started as ways to deliver explosives to your enemies. In fact, the first director of NASA was a man called Von Braun who in the 40s was creating the V2 rockets that were used by the germans to bomb London. Then the americans had the idea of putting a nuke on the rockets...

Okay, lessons over, you can use the nerd emoji all you guys want.

I get worrying about unethical uses of their technology... BUT, given the Kemo's history of being so peaceful and consistently looking to not fight each other, giving them such tech doesn't seem like it would be that bad.

I do wonder how they apparently power their world, if their global climate changes are primarily on the colder side, whereas ours our primarily hotter, as the increased c02 absorbs more heat... perhaps they're thinning out their atmosphere somehow? That would be a massive issue, beyond just cooling. :thonk:
Also, the girls name, is probably just an AI.
I'm thinking that humanity used nuclear energy, or some sort of sci-fi energy, for space travel. The Kemo would likely struggle to acquire and safely contain an energy source that strong without a sizeable death toll. There's also the danger of causing a "Uranium Fever" on the Kemo's planet like what happend back in the 1950s on Earth.

Also, we've seen several times that the Kemo aren't inherently peaceful. They did try to starve Hitoshi to death and the protest outside the governemtent building had a beaten effigy of Hitoshi. Even after Tonelico's heartfelt speech, many of the Kemo remained hostile to Hitoshi. Similarly, the kids from the last chapter literally attacked Hitoshi when they first saw him. Kemo have been judging Hitoshi both on his appearacne and whether or not they could beat him in a fight, often judging him as weak because he doesn't fight back.

There's also the fact that Chapter 4 introduced those two countries that are seemingly just Feline and Bear Kemo, judging by their names. They... raise a few eyebrows for me.
