To answer your question, for in world where furry/kemono creatures live and there are homo sapiens, the terms are Fleshy/Fleshies and also Skinny/Skinnies.

There's also degrading terms as Skinfags, Shavers, Smoothies, the least one is simply Human Lovers but also it's too ambiguous to use.
