^That

Also, she's truly ruthless, no emotions there. Well, it's something a lot of isekai protags severely lack, but I'm still a bit worried..

Not "no emotions"... She's just not one of those "I cannot kill a humaaaaaannn!!" type of faux-pacifist MC's.
She knows she's not in Kansas anymore, and what would happen to her if any of those bandits, with very clear intentions, were given a "Second Chance" so that they can "Redeem Themselves", and acts like it instead of waffling around.

Kaede is a good person.

To quote the Maestro Terry Pratchett, "If you have to look along the shaft of an arrow from the wrong end, if a man has you entirely at his mercy, then hope like hell that man is an evil man. Because the evil like power, power over people, and they want to see you in fear. They want you to know you're going to die. So they'll talk. They'll gloat. They'll watch you squirm. They'll put off the moment of murder like another man will put off a good cigar. So hope like hell your captor is an evil man. A good man will kill you with hardly a word."

hair is an interesting memento to take back, feels like you could easily lie about some thing like that

using the earth to make stairs is resourceful (wonder who the censored person is, some famous mountaineer or just a chara?)

surprised they didn't ride on the fenrir (tho been a while since i read from the beginning and maybe they don't let her even if they're companions)

is she gonna gain a slave i wonder? or heal the guy at the end to where he'd be grateful/declare loyalty?

"The girl I know is missing, and we captured a bunch of bandits related to her disappearance, should we interrogate them?"
"Nah, don't feel like going on a side quest."

would be concerning but i understand not being obligated to help everyone esp since no goddess came to talk to her/give her powers and told her to save the world or so (plus you could call it karma for abandoning kai so eh)

A good blend of "reluctance to kill" and "accepting the necessity of killing" I like to see.

seems like it'd be easy unless it's a cute pup/kitten or child, all she has to do is pretend she's stabbing her shitty ex 8D; tho if necessary she can just have the fenrir do the dirty work/finishing hit . easier to kill a scumbag tho.
