She doesn't speak a lot because of the trauma of being a skeletor. As a result, she's like Kurt Russell from the movie Soldier, basically says like 15 words over the entire movie but each word carries the weight of worlds.

The first time she actually spoke was when both she & Haruka returned to the forest, to his hideout base there to refurbish/clean it up a bit

The 2nd time was probably some time after 'liberating' Dancing Girl/Nefertiri

The 3rd-4th time was probably between Sleeping Girl & some previous chapters ago

And this being either the 4th-5th time she spoken once more again

Overall, she mainly "speak via gestures" but the few times she actually does speak, usually is around Haruka or related to him in any way, she doesn't speak too much but what she only wanted to convey
