I'm not sure which book you read, but this chapter is an amalgamation of two scenes from the light novels (both at the end of volume 2). Haruka and Angelica had sex in both of them. I actually read this chapter of the manga years ago—and am reading the novels currently—and didn't remember it happening so I came back to check and see if I was crazy, as well as to see if people pointed out the difference between the novel version and this one in the comments.
There's a little bit of ambiguity with regards to the first time, but absolutely none regarding the second time—which also washes away the ambiguity surrounding the first time. They definitely had sex. Twice.
