The whole conceit is she didn't know the engagement was forced on him out of malice, and he COULDN'T get out. She has assumed he just needed to develop feeling first since she had them already.

The Grandpa is the cunt who deserves a horrible death scene getting torn apart by pigs or something.

Asking for consolation money with a lawyer? He thinks he's wrong for "having an affair?" Seriously? If she wants consolation money, get it from the grandfather who made this whole mess in the first place. There wasn't any point where he wasn't honest about his feelings.

"You think as long as you two are happy, you don't care what other people are feeling?" Excuse me? Since when was someone else's love any of your business in the first place? People fall in love, and sometimes it isn't reciprocated. That's life. If it was a crime to not reciprocate someone's love, the world would be a seriously effed up place.

Good for Tokiwo. It'd be just too sad to keep lying to her or she turning into the annoying girl who says she "isn't giving up on the mc" when it's clear as day that she can't win.
