Isn't Haruka kinda pathetic, I mean putting your relationship in jeopardy because of tits. It's not like Suzuka is lacking in that department either.

One thing is clear tho, Ria has liked Haruka for a long time so she's not doing this on a whim. This has probably been building up under the surface. But that almost makes it worse in a way, because she knows what she’s doing. Suzuka isn’t just some random—she’s her other childhood friend. Frenching Haruka, then turn around and act normal with Suzuka right after… that’s genuinely nasty work.

As for Haruka, I’m not even sure what he actually feels. Ria might like him, but with him it’s hard to tell if there’s any real emotional weight there or if it’s just lust in the moment. And with Suzuka, it almost comes across like she was just “first,” rather than him actively choosing her.

Either way, it doesn’t really change the fact that his behaviour is weak. He’s in a relationship with Suzuka, so there’s a basic obligation to stay faithful. If he’s that conflicted, then end the relationship properly instead of doing this fake resistance nonsense where he acts like he’s being pulled against his will. It just makes everything messier and way more unfair to everyone involved.

Yeah it's so clearly fake resistance like in the second chapter they were already kissing and he was going along with that just no real loyalty to him it's just all a facade to make him seem like a good guy who has been forced into this.

• Rin wants Haruka for herself, so she deliberately pushes herself on him and make it look like he's cheating so Suzuka gets mad and dumps him
• Rin secretly hates Suzuka/resents her for something that happened in the past, and while she's not actually interested in Haruka, she's not above using him to hurt Suzuka
• Rin is just a tease - she'll ruin Haruka and Suzuka's lives and move on to destroy others' relationships (similar to your hypothesis)

Haruka's problem is that in his mind, he's 'settled for' Suzuka, and hasn't committed to her. He thinks Rin is an upgrade and doesn't want to rule out the chance of having something with her, but also doesn't want to be a jerk to Suzuka, as she's innocent in all of this. I was in high school once and remember 'thinking with my other head' and all kinds of dumb things led from that.
