This is the first manga I've read that that one of the characters (that was not reincarnated) realized that the MC was actually not the original owner of the body.
Apparently there are a lot of possession isekai out there, but this is the only one I’ve read since I don’t read a lot of manga. I absolutely love reveal scenes about secret identities!
I find it the funniest thing in the world that when "Main" realized how her disease worked, she immediately started to treat it like it was a cyanide capsule
I have a feeling that "small thing that changed inside me" referred to her getting a sense of self, in this chapter it showed that she feeled like an imposter, and now there is someone who thinks of her as Her, not as Main "from before".

I've finished the second tome of ranobe and in the afterword author said this:
While making paper, Lutz accused her of not being Myne, then ultimately accepted her as “his” Myne. I view this as the point where Urano can start finally living as Myne in full.
So I more confident now that "small change" did actually refer to her accepting herself as Myne.
