Beginning to suspect the theory that this girl was the one who originally told Lemon that shitty idea to fake being a 3 times cheater may be true.

Honestly, at this point I'm only here to find out the reason why she thought the best way to break up is to lie to your boyfriend that you'd cucked him with three other dudes.

The best outcome is that Lemon badly wants to get back with him but he can't get over the feeling of betrayal (even if he later learns the truth) and he rejects her. I absolutely love when characters have to suffer the crushing consequences of their own actions that they desperately wish they could reverse.
