The sooner they come clean, the less chances there are that Kogahara, who they suspect already knows the truth, arrives at a wrong conclusion, the less chances to deepen any misunderstandings, and the less chances they start having second thoughts about the whole "come clean" idea.
Right outside the toilet is the last opportunity they have to explain themselves today, and it would be much less plausible if they try to do that tomorrow when they are back in their own bodies, so the second nearest opportunity is the day after. I, for one, can totally relate that they decided to tell her something so important in such an inconvenient place and time

It's crazy how much more their mannerisms are starting to mirror each other. I used to be able to see who was who in every panel but Lemon's doing a lot more comfortable in sunao's body, and sunao has gotten a lot better at looking bright and extroverted as lemon.

So, short prediction, referring to bodies for the sake of convenience:

Kogahara won't immediately believe the two, or will be otherwise interrupted/distracted. To clarify "Lemon" will accompany Kogahara to that Crepes-Party and Kogahara will ruminate during that party on what she'd been told, but have her doubts. They'll stay up till midnight with that binge-watching thing. "Lemon" will fall asleep or doze off shy of midnight (as previously established, the swap happens when both are asleep at midnight and they both fall asleep just before). Lemon will wake up, again in her own body. Since Lemon doesn't know what "Lemon" told her in the first half of that evening, she'll play along as best as she can, but this will deepen (or outright confirm) Kogahara's suspicions regarding Lemons and WhatshisfaceSunao's body swap.
There might be a couple chapters where Kogahara is on the fence regarding the body swap idea, while the MCs don't know whether she believes them or not.

well, I loved this chapter, but now I can't wait for the next chapter because this might be the biggest cliffhanger this series has thrown us. What will Kogahara think? what will her reaction be? how will Sunao and Lemon spend the rest of the day after telling her? I wanna know.

What seems to be the most complicated part about this is that Kogahara seems to have feelings for Lemon-piloted Sunao AND for Sunao-piloted Lemon. Imagine the emotional confusion of thinking you like two people, only for it get even MORE complicated when you realized you like both better when they are body-swapped.

I think she likes Sunao-piloted Sunao the best, and her confusion about liking Sunao-piloted Lemon lasted maybe two hours before it got disspelled by the reveal
