Glad it's coming out. Characters keeping secrets from each other gets annoying after a while.
Authors tend to be way too reluctant to have the secret revealed because they believe secrets are the best thing ever.

I pray they finally start to investigate why they body-swap. Took them only almost 50 chapters till they pointed out the most obvious question in the room

Trouble is, how the heck do you investigate something like that? The only possible clue is that there was a shooting star both of them saw the night before their first bodyswap, but that's not much to go on - no one else who saw it seems to have been body swapping (as far as we know), and I can't see that either of them were doing anything when they saw the star that might have influenced it (Suno was wishing to never see Lemon again, Lemon was doing nothing).

It would be different if there was some curse/artifact/wrathful kami causing it, because that's something they could actually research, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

In THIS manga? Never. That question is going to drag on forever. It only really needs to be resolved before the end when/if the author wants to take the Lemon Wins route.

I dunno, progress on the bodyswap blindsided me. Maybe the author will even do the same with the breakup cheating lie!!!

I believe other manga typically introduce a scientist or classmate who is an expert on the occult (depending on the setting) who keeps the question relevant, and who could be used for all sorts of interesting plot lines.

But even this manga had Suzuka suggest ~15 chapters ago that Sunao try to stay awake for a night to see whether they‘d still swap in such an occasion, and the last we heard of that was that Sunao failed and somehow never bothered to try again.
