Her wording seem deliberately ambiguous. It could mean he is working at the same place with her, or that he is working at the same place as her, when he has swapped bodies with her."That probably means he doesn't mind working at the same place as me..."
This is secondhand information (I've never worked for compensation in Japan before) so take it with a grain of salt, but I've heard that firings are extremely rare in Japan. That it needs considerable cause and poor workers are expected to 'kuukiyomu' and quit on their own for the benefit of the employer.I am also glad that those self-entitled part-timer kids are gone on their own. Their lack of responsibility and lying during the interview should have put them on the fast track to being fired a long time ago.
at this point i feel like even Kogahara and Lemon falling in love with each other and Sunao breaking up completely,I can't quite put my finger on it, but I feel like we are about to go a few steps backwards.
I feel bad for Kogahara. It's like she's got no role anymore since Lemon is just so nice and perfect there's no chance of confrontation or friction to build between them over Sunao. Kogahara is just going to silently bow out as she appears less and less.

It seems to me that Natsumi is just there as a plot complication. She gives Sunao another love interest that Lemon has to overcome, gives Lemon a friend who she doesn't want to hurt (paralyzing Lemon from trying to get closer to Sunao), and adding a swap-day complication as Lemon's roommate (now removed because she knows about it).at this point i feel like even Kogahara and Lemon falling in love with each other and Sunao breaking up completely,
WOULD BE LESS MESSY THAN WHATEVER THIS IS sigh
The issue is there's been like 7 chances for Lemon to move on, go back, mess up, OR fix the relationship with Sunao. It seems to me that Natsumi is just there as a plot complication. IMO, she was ALWAYS destine to be a Losing Heroine.
