The manga was concluded properly, and there were some extra chapters dumped out that had to do with the side characters in place of the usual omake, but then the anime was announced and it's speculated (probably confirmed somewhere) that another volume was released to spread some extra hype for it. It's just the one though and it's already done so once translations catch up it'll probably be marked as completed again. You could probably just think of this volume as a little slice of life epilogue, I doubt they'd change anything to interrupt the status quo of how it ended last volume.

Ok, so i take Toru and Yuki wont ever really be a thing...
I mean, if all this lil skit was to make Yuki stop, even a bit, being completely insecure and thus have some progression maybe there was some hope, but if not, then after all this time idk if will ever happen. Technically the story already ended and i was really hopping this "extras" would be used for progression for Yuki/Toru, we even got Yuna/Sota together so easy.
