I know next to nothing about makeup, but I can actually imagine it would be difficult for Minoru to suddenly make himself more masculine with makeup, after all the effort he went through to become more feminine. Of course he would be a whole lot better off than someone with no experience, but it would still be a different kind of game. Stallion and Stripes might have still stared at him, even if for different reasons.

I also know next to nothing about makeup, but i imagine using makeup to look more masculine is master level, considering looking like you're wearing makeup at all automatically makes you look more feminine
