10 is simply "jyuu", however. it's only with 20 that they start with ni-jyuu, san-jyuu, etc.

Normally yes, but with the way its written here its also possible that she started saying one, got embarassed and changed it to ten.
Plus, Its something comepletely in character for chokki to do. Definitely a weird way to say it, but we've all been in a similar position phrasing things awkwardly
