Houkago Kitaku Biyori v01 Omake

I usually edit the scanlations I download for my personal library to match the format of the original tankōbon volumes. I noticed that the omake in Volume 1 of Houkago Kitaku Biyori hadn't been translated, so I decided to do it myself. My Japanese is very rusty, so I used a machine translation tool to help me. Any mistakes are my fault.
