I have a bad feeling this is going to end at confession with no payoff. I'd like to hope otherwise given how many notes it seems to be taking from Bokuyaba but idk something feels off
The thing is, this is the kind of plot I really don't know how they could do differently from that without changing the whole concept of her being an idol, unless she changes her career to something else (actress, regular singer), they will have a hard time being together.
Sure, they could change her career and continue the plot (the concept of her not being as smart as people expect can happen without her being an idol)
Probably the fact that Kuromiya has been emotionally manipulating Hiruno for dozens of chapters now; she's made it clear that, at least at this point in time, her career as an idol is more important to her than he is.
Yeah... I know that in the end she will end up with him (and there is the fact that I don't remember if they show the whole conversation she had with her mother, maybe there is more about that topic that we don't know), but I kind of disliked that part of the story, I mean... It's kind of cruel wanting him to fall in love with her, but stating she doesn't pretend to date him (ignoring that fact that his goal was achieved a long time ago, and she is just as dense as the MC, in fact, she is even more dense than him)
I mean, let's suppose he didn't develop his feelings way before she decided to make him fall in love with her, and let's suppose he decided to confess because of it, she would just reject him?
