what does "enpera" in page 11 means?

"Enpera" refers to the frilly fin appendages found on the fringes of some turtles' heads/feet and squids' head/body. Its etymological origins stem from the Japanese pronunciation of "emperor."
Specifically in reference to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte...'s hat. The bicorne. Because it looks like a squid's head.

seems more watery and porridge-like than risotto- looked like rice was cooked onigiri, though with it being unwashed rice the soup would be starchier sort of like risotto, but rice texture and flavor wouldn't be the same since the cooking process is so different. Same in the belly tho =D
