seems more watery and porridge-like than risotto- looked like rice was cooked onigiri, though with it being unwashed rice the soup would be starchier sort of like risotto, but rice texture and flavor wouldn't be the same since the cooking process is so different. Same in the belly tho =Dso... ojiya is basically japanese risotto?
