From my understanding, people asked the TL if they were using machine translations, they denied it, and then people proved that they were (both for the manhua and the novel version they're translating on ko-fi).

In response, Little Tangerine (the translator) decided to delete everything and rebrand instead of admit it. You can see the timeline of events on this thread.

For anyone who wants to read the original translators translations, they've been updating on Bato under an alternate name (at the time of this post, they're currently on ch. 26). Last I checked, they even have a separate ko-fi just for the manhua now.

Last I checked, they even have a separate ko-fi just for the manhua now.

That one might be understandable given there was a post a couple weeks ago that they were stepping back from TLing the novel and had brought on someone else.

If you want ChatGPT-level quality, sure. But for that you already have "the other TL", so go read that.

This one is genuinely well translated, and the TL seems to have enough pride in his work to keep it that way.

no, I have my pride yk? Plus the other tl literally adds random stuff that doesnt exist within the raws and deletes stuff that was present in the raws.
