I used to stick with PPL routine at the gym, but after I got employed, I mostly do full body for a day. It ain't much, but it's honest work. Right now I'm trying to improve my back strength so my fatass can do a pull up.

Pull ups are weird, once you can do one there it's really easy to do more. Is there as a progression or workout you are doing to focus on that goal?

Change is hard when the environment doesn't reinforce it. So yeah you can make changes easier if you change the people around you. Will you probably end up alone because everyone has their vices? Results may vary
Unless you grew up with a really solid home life (which is thing is rare). The road to self-improvement is always lonely as hell, you meet the best people on the way though.

Right now I'm progressing my lat pulldowns. I'm ~77.5kg, and the best I can do at lat pulldowns are 55kg.
So you are using a machine at the gym? When it comes to pull-ups you can do supplemental training at home assuming you have a pull-up bar and have space.

If you have the time to dedicate yourself 15-30min, 3–5 times a week, I sure you can do a pull-up within a 4-6 weeks. Even less, if you put more effort into it. I very much consider myself a beginner in fitness and I was able to achieve that.

I'm in bad shape, but I'm getting better.
I suppose I've been so closed off from life, any little pebble on the road feels like a sword through the foot. I never knew I'd have to build yet another tolerance, especially to one which conflicts with so much of my own self-worth.
Defeats happen all the time, Losses are a part of life. That being said, they feel awful, and I never like to admit defeat, but the few times I've had, I've been able to adjust, able to change, adapt, grow, and return to that defeated thing with a new mind.
That also being said, now the world's got me thinking of time. A Hilarious thing to think about at my age, but I am realizing two things: Getting to my dream is nearly impossible with the time I have, and said dream itself is impossible with the time I have either way.
But, dreams are what we're made of. I'm a clingy person, but I do recognize how that can make me a silent, slow, unmoving person. I have to move, and speak if I'm to get anything done. Which is odd; some might expect any 20+ year old to have friends, But IRL I have not a one, and talk very little.
Solely healthwise, I have moments where I lose, but while it is easy to lose weight, it's easy to gain. I can control what I eat, but I need to, and I will. One step at a time.

How fat are you? What's your fatness routine? How focused are you on your caloric intake? What's your dirty bulking routine?

Hello everybody. My name is Futotaka Daikichi. I live at 308 Butamori Lane, Niigata Prefecture. This is my "workout" routine. If you're reading this message, I've probably already ascended to legendary ojisan status, the culmination of decades of effort.

I have been bloatmaxxing at my place of residence for over 30 years now and recently decided to share my regimen. Shortly after my 50th birthday, my doctor came to me with a rather shocking proposition. He told me that he'd never seen someone with a physique as impressive as mine in his entire career. He asked that I use my weight-gain knowledge to write a concrete plan, which he would then prescribe to countless individuals through his connections in the medical world. Connections that he made through his career as a slightly-above-average general practitioner.

I was... vindicated, I... I always thought that my doctor was a very discerning man, and I was... seen—proud—and I was also particularly large at the time, something he knew and was very much in awe of. So here is my routine, free of charge. I hope that it may serve you all well:

🍩 Day 1 - Legs & Chest
3 sets of fridge walks
2 sets of stair avoidance (until failure)
1x8 seated donut flys

🍕 Day 2 - Arms
5x10 beer can curls
SUPERSET: pizza lid raises + microwave press (until heated)
2x2 snack drawer rows

🥤 Day 3 - Rest
10x1 blanket pullovers
3 sets of roll-overs
(optional) snore holds

🍟 Day 4 - Legs (again)
drive-thru squats
3x40sec bathroom sprints
1 set doordash jog (cooldown)

🍺 Day 5 - Core
5x1 couch sit-ins
3x5 remote forward lunges
1 set netflix planks (until failure)

🍔 Day 6 & 7 - Cheat/Bulk day
enough said

Remember: progressive overeating is the key to long-term gains. As they say, abs are made in the kitchen, and buried there too. If you're intent on achieving a physique like mine, stick to this plan and everyone around you will notice a huge difference in no time.

How many hours/minutes of walking was that ? I'm just curious.

Also, i'm now going to work by walking since two weeks, due to finding a short-term contract, so i do at least 2 hours of walk per day, sometimes close to 3 because i'm walking inside the buildings and during the lunch break. I don't advise it, especially if you're fat like me. But not because of the reason you think. Your muscles won't be sore if you're used to it, you won't be tired, it's not even about the lost time, but your feets will hurts a lots ! You may also have foot bulbs, and maybe some electric discharges in the foot while walking.

Walking is very usefull, but don't do too much.

I counter your meme with an ojisan hentai routine.
