How to remove dropped manga from MDList "All" section?

Basically, the title. On "All", it shows everything, including stuff I've dropped, but well... I dropped those manga for a reason. Is there a way to remove them from the All list?

If you're talking about the MDList specifically, custom follow categories are coming in a future update. You'll be able to choose which categories are visible there.

Currently, there's no way to do this, even for your own personal sake.
