Actually you can make them as food supply, but it gonna cause you a planet and its local inhabitants to make it work give or and take a few millennia of the progress going through a rapid population growth and expansion of wisdom and scientific breakthroughs, in regards to harvesting this so called humans they gonna fight until the last man due to survival of their species. so good luck harvesting if you are not a type 2 to 3 interstellar race.

@ronnvincent a cow will reach puberty at about 1 year and will weigh like 350 kg. humans make for shit tier livestock. you might think that 7b people will last you a long time but we eat 50b chickens, 1.4b pigs and billions of other animals each year. you also cant really eat the old or the heavily muscled. the meat is stringy and tastes like crap you want the young for that nice and soft meat that just melts of the bone

That's why i said good luck in harvesting them, its not about efficiency that this manga is talking about its about their preference as another species to eat humans as livestock, further more the fact that i said it will cost a planet and a few millennia to harvest them and fight them at that stage of science is utter nut case, they will destroy themselves just for revenges and fight back with what ever and when ever they can.

Why does this have such low ratings? Writing is decent, art is decent, everything is of a fairly high standard... Best I can figure Is readers hate the notion that "People in a position to do whatever they want, will DO whatever they want". Oh noooo, the girl got raped in the LITERAL HUMAN MURDER FARM, what a fucking shock. It's not like the series has been alluding to rape as a "Yeah, that shit happens in this place" since chapter 1.

I've read a half dozen worse series with much higher ratings. Half-inch high, the crush fetish softcore porn series, being the most egregious of the bunch. This is like a more grown-up version of Promised Neverland, for better or for worse.

I guess the story isn't bad per se, but... Hard to stomach. It's akin to shock movies like Srpski Film, Cannibal Holocaust or Human Centipede, where pretty much every chapter is designed to make you as viscerally repulsed as possible.

If you are interested in something like that, but in manga format - you will enjoy this! On the other hand, if you aren't a fan of the brutal misanthropic niche of psychothrillers, you probably should run away from here.

It’s a shame this gets such a low score, the art is good, characters are pretty realistic, and the story does something new and quite creative.
Though I can understand why. I too am not really into this kind of fuckery, but at least I won’t drop the score for those who might.
