If any prince found dead before the boat sail, the whole succession will be postpone indefinitely, and trying to take him to court long before this? He did have time before but tserri is still a strong force to beat. Remember he is one of the few prince that can refuse benjamin's soldier inside. He can fool halkenburg thinking he is the kind one among the princes. He is so good at reading other people's plan that people thinks he can foresaw the future

Yeah, I think Benjamin would've been better of using the TSK on Tserrie und just shoot Tubeppa and Tyson instead. But it makes sense. He had personal matters with Tserrie so he wanted to kill him himself and he couldn't know Tubeppa's guardian spirit beast's ability that probably finds a cure against the TSK. So aside from Benjamin and Camilla, I don't think anyone dies from this by now.
