She seems nice and thoughtful, though I hope the part with the teddy bear is only to signify gentle childishness and not craziness unlike the title might suggest.

However, them talking about her behavior as a kid on page 39 and showing an image of her child self gives me hope the sister will show up later in a less dumb way.
