I don't know how but each chapter just keeps lowering the bar for what could be considered a cohesive story or bearable art. I have never encountered any comic from any country this bad and unless it's some deviant art web comic from 2002 I doubt I ever will. Only few comics can ever hope to achieve this level of garbage.
