but..... well.... let's see...

I can't completely deny that compiled piece would help some people and would be counted as an improvement... for some.
but, there are downsides, which are:

1. there's the case where it would not be in line with the chapter numbering on the raws, as it may confuse some reader who decided to check out the raw.
2. if it do get compiled, it would be weird and confusing to look at the numbering in case there is an extra ss chapter, since in this case it would started at ".6".

as to support point 2.
usually an extra would be numbered starting from ".2" or ".5" and so on with more extra ss before getting it back to the main one as seen in many comic. (would depend on the publisher/editor/author since there also "extra 1, 2..." and so on)
but if it get compiled in here, and when in case there really is an extra ss coming out, what would they number it as in here?
would it be numbered following the raw (".6")? and if that the case, some might ask where do the ".6" come from, and if is there a missing extra chapter before that one.
they can of course put it as ".2" since the main chapter got compiled. but as I said before, it would not be in line with the raws numbering in case some reader decided to check it out (back to point 1).

these are written for argument's sake. since as I said before all this, I can't completely deny that a compiled piece would help some people. but, there are downsides. not without one.

however, all of the thing I said before would have no meaning if what's uploaded follows the gangan online ver. (including extra ss chapter if there is one.)
the compiled one, that got update twice a week (iirc) in magazine format. (cmiiw)
or the tankobon ver.
not the manga up ver.
