She's a notoriously smug bitch, but after she sees the eldirtch eye-being, she becomes super submissive towards him out of fear, even when in front of other people. This leads to rumors that she's submissive and nice to him because she likes him, and also rumors that he's "tamed" her. Just more misunderstanding comedy stuff essentially, at least it's been simply that for as far as I've read in the novel.

Not entirely sure I get the "sacrifice" and "engraved" thing. So she filters items and relics and see what their grade is. Then if its a low tier thing she gives it back to the owner, but if its a high grade thing she says to the owner "its junk" and feeds it to the eye instead?

If we're counting... 3 of the grown orphans (golden flash beast girl, appraisal girl, and the red moon/demon girl), 2 underworld ladies, and now possibly this mage, making a total of 6 thus far.
Now the 3 former have high yandere potential; but we'll find out because we're curious - assuming all things go along swimmingly.

The comic is much better than the novel in terms of pacing, I can safely say. The whole "fail and I receive your estate" deal was repeated 3 or 4 times there. And while it reenforced the bratty attitude, it just killed the flow of the story.

Also, great and tasteful art.
