She made her first slip up at the end of this chapter, arguably. When he tells her that he's making her wait another three years, she decides to have a flashback instead of protest the presumptuousness in him speaking as if it was a given that she's waiting for him.

Though, I suppose you're thinking something more major than that.

sounds like we're getting another time skip, possibly. so it can be as soon as 10 if the next two chapters jump to 21YO Sou.

Pilot sounds like a cool career. Though, if pilots are like American ones he may not qualify because he seems way above average Japanese height (or idk, maybe sensei is smol). They are pretty stict about physique in the states. Mechanic is still a neat career if he's finw with that.
