Just guesses, but spoilered in case I'm right:
The three 'friends' are future selves of the main girl. Notice how all of them are named from something on/around them, and none of them give their real name.
The man the girl can't remember is probably her father...? Not sure what's up there besides that. Maybe the mother divorced him and never told the girl. No real idea.
I suspect that the granny knows what's up with the four of them, but only the little girl can interact with the other selves.

Gotta say, even though I know it's gonna hurt, I love the potential of it.

Hope the girl doesn't kill herself. This is quite chill yet ominous at the same time.

When other comments in previous chapters mentioned author is same one that wrote pancreas I got concerned...but the tag doesn't say tragedy like pancreas does so gonna be optimistic and go through that door and read on and hope no boogie man on the other side lol. The author does have a third manga running that looks happier that I like.

Damn this story is deep. I already had suspicions but now I'm sure of it; her 'friends' are her future selves. This reminds me of that vocaloid english cover by hikarustation called My R.
And that man at the park is her dad clearly.

I started getting suspicious at some of the dialogue. ..
The whole bit of the Grandmother talking like she knew about these other people. About "Abazure-san" playing Othello with her and she can get that good. How "adults look into the past." And telling her "Minami-san" will like it the most if she smiles. One could easily write this off as just some old lady giving some cheerful advice, but the wording itself... Eh...
So I ran the (Japanese) wiki article for the novel through MTL and...
SERIOUSLY STOP READING NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS SPOILED. I'm not kidding, unless you want the whole plot spoiled, STOP READING.

Abazure-san, Minami-san and Granny are all parallel universe versions of herself from the future where apparently she made some sort of choice and they came there to help her. (There was also something about a plane crash on the day of the open school visit, so I'm guessing at least her dad is supposed to die? Perhaps both her parents like "Minami-san"? I don't know, MTL is more trying to make sense of stuff than actual translation. Seems to fit, however.) She wakes up to see a face looking more like that of Minami-san face slowly looking like Abazure-san's which is, in fact, her own reflection. And apparently the artistic kid she knows in class is there hands her something that says "Kill You" on it... Which is exactly what we see written on Abazure-san's t-shirt in chapter 1 of the manga. So... Yeah. Not as much of a tragedy as it COULD have been considering the author.

All I can hope is for the MC to be alright.
Her doing these unknown exploring and talking to strangers could get Her in a serious trouble.
I've experienced it and it was scary to get Your life threaten.

That was an instant tear-jerker. Good stuff.

Also, why all those western books? It's so weird in a japanese setting.
