I came across this on the front page...
Games Workshop is going to sue their ass if this makes a lick of money. It may be low quality tracing, but that is not even trying to hide being a space marine. Specifically it looks to be Black Inculpators, Black Vipers or Angels of Damnation by Heraldry in Mark X Tacticus pattern armor with added thigh plates from the Gravis pattern.
Though judging from other chapters, the artist is lazy and has some old Mark VII monoposed models, noted for its distinct angry looking grill plate.
