Dont cultivators kill other cultivators all the time. Whats it matter if you punch one in the face and break his neck, over sucking out his blood through power cultivation power. Its the same result. So why is sucking the blood deemed for divine punishment ? I see no difference. Killing someone with a gun, or killing someone with witchcraft.. Also those guys were not innocent, they were clearly attempting to rob and kill the poor girl.
