bruh tbh if something like this happened to me the first thing I would think would be that my gf has multiple personalities, it is probably more likely than her having a twin living her life instead of her at often times don't you think ? even her parents didn't tell him anything, the 4 kept him in the dark, it would be hard to swallow that I suddenly have 2 girlfriends...

You guys think with your dicks. Getting lied to for years because you trusted your partner and were too busy thinking about work and making them happy... You call him dumb but the possibility she was two different people was astronomically more unlikely than any of the reasons he would've come to first for any of the coincidences. Also, love makes you blind.
Just because they're two hot girls doesn't give them the free pass to lie to him. Hows he realistically supposed to emotionally handle his life and love being a lie this whole time time. @Opticalwinter Yeah completely agree, the guy should talk with the twins and make a decision. But this is a chinese manhua so I expect to see that in maybe a few hundreds chap lol.
Also I think there is a cultural nuance lost in translation? When they call him pig I think it's 猪头zhū tóu/pig head which is one of the common nicknames for loved ones in China. So no, they're not insulting him by calling him pig, it's their pet name for him.
