He literally berates Vieze not because he married Lorraine to the imperial family, but specifically because he married her to shithead Astana of all people, and all to try and obtain "even more recognition" or whatever.

Lombardis won’t really be against Tia marrying Perez. The only problem is that Tia can’t be an empress AND the Lombardi head at the same time due to imperial laws (that’s why the empress is only the de facto Angenas head and not the real leader). This will be reversed later though, after the empress is deposed. Guess who repealed it so he could marry his girlfriend lol 😂
