I like the notes added to this. Having more context makes the story much more coherent. Some of these scenes seem to assume you're reading the novel in parallel with the manga.

lmao who put (no lie) on obvious lies? What kind of garbage writer would you have to be to not understand your own story that you say obvious lies are not lies? So I'm guessing (hoping) it's the awful scanlator that did it.

Celes did not recommend the planet. Earth's god did and Celes just allowed it because she loves Earth's god. So that one is a lie.
She is a human but she does not only have a little healing power, she has infinite healing power and more. So that's also a lie.
And if you say "oh she is just bending the truth a little" then okay....but those are still lies.

Really though, it's just a crappy story written by a crappy writer and scanned by a crappy scanlator making it terrible on top of terrible.
