Try Doctor Elise. It also goes by the title Queen with a scalpel.

Interesting thing about it is that it’s both an Isekai and a time reversal.

She was originally from the other world where she was a villainess, then she died and was reincarnated into our world where she became a doctor, then she died again and was sent back in time to her previous life in the other world.

Mangadex appears to only have three chapters, but Bato has way more.
