She isn't stealing him per say. She is just trying to make sure other yanderes aren't forcing him to date them. She did say in the chapter that she gave up on him as she, a yandere, wasn't what she thought was right for him and hence the FMC, a similar yandere, would not be right for him.
I'm not saying she's right, but at least she isn't stealing him.
