Sadly i didn't find the original releases i got the chapters from an aggregator but all are watermaked.

Also, MU says that DWT translated the first chapters but i don't think the credits page are from them.

@CiceroCiceronis managed to find a version with better quality so i've removed mine.

This is one volume out of two volumes, the latter of which was released as a sequel. Both are available officially from Viz, combined, as "Fall in Love Like a Comic!"
