I've read the web novel version, it was ok. The comedy is ok. But I stopped at the first arc because of translation speed I think (or maybe I was busy).

The MC is basically Todoroki that's perverted and dumb (in my opinion). The cliche Jap MC, I guess?

OP MC hides his powers action/comedy plot.

I actually wanted to read a manga ver. of this so... nice?

Yeah, way too easy to see the progression for this one. It's not even something he's going to have to get that clever with (past the first arc or so), just ramp up the power on that basic concept and you've got a Todoroki.
