@mangolover I feel somewhat the same, though I didnt realise that point until you mentioned it cause I came to the comments to complain that she is just running ahead without neither consulting nor letting her father know. No need to run away from a coozy home, if you can take your time to persuade people. And even if that fails, running is still an option. But yeah, the whole isekai thing felt as redundant as it does in chinese isekai stories (btth anyone?), but I guess it sells, and it is an easy way to explain a smart and "mature" child-character (although comes with some caveats. they can be skipped if you go the CN route though and simply make your readers forget the setting by never mentioning it again).

@Mangareader : if I remember from the WN, there it was not she has no magic, but not the right magic (defense and healing instead of offence). Which makes the prophetic dream make more sense.

I only just realized that the manga version of this had started releasing, a couple of days ago. (I don't read light novels, but I do follow isekai-related sites, so I do pick up on a lot of the light novel isekais that're out there, and so I'd been aware of this beforehand.)
Further, I think it only started releasing within the past month or so? Looks like the team was really on top of things.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate that, in contrast to the description, there is no mention of <<PROPHETIC SKILL>>.
Even if it tries to be a generic shithead isekai, the MC explains that "I have the power to foresee the future", rather than "I have <<foresight skill>>". It feels absurd to even mention it, but I'll be damned if that trope just doesn't want to die in most WNs.

Heck, I'd even appreciate if someone would alter the description from: "using the clairvoyance skill that I possess",
to: "Using my clairvoyance, ..." or: "As I was born with clairvoyance, I..."
It may sound silly that such a small thing could generate such a huge turn-off, but obscene and redundant gamification is a disease in these sort of stories, and it's sad to associate such a trope with this story if it has nothing to do with it.

@Shamz: Nah, the ability to access the akashic record is psychic, not magical. One can use magic to tune it, but the ability exists without magic required.
