After reading so many isekai, this 'inventory' skill could easily be very overpowered in so many ways. Specially if theres no limit on the size of the object he can carry; imagine going to war and suddenly you got two dozen trebuchets ready to fire or something like that? (assuming you can only do it with objects you can move around and not houses or castles for example, ofc)

So basically the summoning was to get more war potential and something to show off with. Not surprised considering how fat the king was and they kicked MC out with just some gold and no explanations. If it weren't for the others might not even have gotten that. Hope the others are at least smart enough to get info on their own and not fall for the king's lies and brown nosing.

Isekai writer brains have been melted by large numbers, they keep making them so unnecessarily large that you can't tell anymore what good stats are.
I look at a stat with 100 and think "wow, that looks pretty good".
BUT NO, BECAUSE THE WRITER HAS OBLITERATED THEY'RE BRAINS ON MMOs AND ISEKAI IT'S ACTUALLY WORTHLESS!

As someone familiar with Homestuck, I can very much agree that proper exploitation of an inventory system can be quite a useful tool.
Especially ones without item size limits.

I like the carefree vibe from ch1.1. I hate the author keeps gathering evil people surrounding the MC just for the plot advancement.

The King is "evil" in my opinion. Definitely the summoning of someone out of their life is a bad thing because if someone did that to the King, he would be pissed (based upon his attitude of kicking the MC out of any living quarters to survive on whatever he can) and only giving him five gold coins. Based on the value of how many silver coins it takes to buy a change of clothing, five gold coins is a pittance to the king.

Some of those high school kid "heroes" summoned also had mocking smiles. They have hero powers with non-heroic attitudes. They didn't plead with the King against throwing out the MC onto the street. So those four assholes in the hero team suck as unethical people.
