hello everyone i'm sora owner of schale scans (as hinted in the credit page) i'm usually in the forums of all our uploads, anyways we've had this chapters for about 3 months or so, we were just to busy with other series and didn't have enough proofreaders to spread around, but here we are now... i did this chapters when i was still working on mobile earlier, but now that i work on pc, i lost the files and couldnt edit them( luckily they were on google drive) soo some fonts might look out of place cause i just had to clean over the already done files, well then.. thats all from me, the series still releases every 2 months but chapter 14 and 15 should be ready next week, see you later~

So the series is still on going even beyond chapter 15? Trying to glean summarized information about volume 3 (and by extension, chapter 15), on the official raw site via MTL, indicates perhaps that it is a conclusion point. Though it does say that it's for "part 1," so perhaps it means for the conclusion of volume 1 of the LN?

Kinda lazy writing tbh. I know it’s supposed to be a ‘gotcha’ moment when she’s talking to the countess, but the info dump kinda cratered all of that. Author didn’t set anything up or gradually dispense info, so they had to dump it all at once for this scene to make any sense, and that nuked any believability or weight the scene would have had.

So basically, the Duke's aiming to kill all the non-magicians, so that the genius magician Violet can take the throne, as a final "screw you" to his dad who thought that only non-magicians should be able to inherit the throne.

Kinda funny how right after that gets revealed, the first thing he wants to do is eliminate the Arbuthnots, because of their "inconvenient gift". Pretty sure that's basically what your dad was doing too dude, but I guess that's part of the point and what someone will shout back at him when it comes to talk-no-jutsu time.

With how expository it was, I was kind of hoping that non-interrogation was all according to the duke's keikaku (keikaku means plan).

I mean, if he was just going to kill them without revealing his revenge then he may as well have used magic or a sword and had a proper regicide coup. As it is, they would die without ever knowing why since he is trying to keep his distance from their deaths, losing a major aspect of revenge. And really, the primary target for revenge was his father who is already dead, his brother may not even know what happened that caused his desire for revenge.
