Yes. But Takeru pretty much wanted him to be that way LOL. And continued to enable him so that he only ever depended on him. Now that Kimihito is trying to gain some independence to appeal to Takeru, we get to see some positive character development from his side. Only now Takeru is panicking about Kimihito leaving him behind which just makes me LMAO.

Everyone likes Takeru even tho he doesn't even seem to have any personality besides, "I'm ok with everything and anything," then attacks the person he's closest to. It's the same scenario in the beginning of Komi-san which made it so hard to sit through until the author added more characters that didn't auto hate the mc.

I dislike that guy fro intervening even though he knows their feelings are mutual but I do agree that the MC needs to stop counting on the ML so much. It's one thing if you know how to take care of yourself just fine and you just want to be spoiled and your lover wants to spoil you, that's fine but it's another thing if being spoiled is the only option because you can't take care of yourself. I love the uke, he is cute and nice and all but he needs to undergo some growth as a person and widen his bubble to include more than him and his lover
