There is some interesting drama that can happen from this, just don't backtrack and restart from chapter 30 or something like they usually do.

I'm gonna bet this time on MC catching her stalking at some point. She then confesses on it and tries to run away in shame, but MC grabs her and says that it's alright since he's been somewhat creepy anyway. Then that's where they become a couple. At least that's one way of ending this manga. Oddly specific and thus possibly has low odds, but I'm betting anyway.

IMO I think she's going to realize that this relationship she's developing isn't making her happy. Like legit, she's gonna snap and be like 'I'm only happy when he's despairing'.
She's going for the NTR route where she develops a vanilla relationship and then makes him think she's cheating.
