Honestly, I'm not sure where she came to the conclusion to bully him. So far, I'm following, but how did she come to that conclusion in the end??? I hope the author has a well written explanation for it, but at least for the most part, I'm following the backstory so far.

@Tamerlane I mean, he also kinda just let her be bullied. He was the one that said he wouldn't talk with her at school which she then felt obligated to uphold even while she was being bullied. She needed a friend and her only friend just left her to it, which combined with her homelife was probs the last straw.

Instead of barking at the wrong tree, she should first fix her confidence,rely more to her parent or teacher, and lastly ask for help if she really needs to instead of bottling it up and blaming a third party instead of the perpetrator.

Everytime i read manga about bullying at school, I always think that the mangakas are kinda exaggerated. I don’t know if that is the case there in japan, yes there are cases of bullying during my schooltime (also in an asian country) but most of the time, it ended during that day and there are no such things like cutting hair, dead animals, and even throwing bucket of water at the toilet stalls are non existent. If such thing happened, most likely the bullies will be prosecuted by law. Most extreme case i ever saw is just some physical altercations between a senior and junior just because some silly stuffs .

Or maybe it is only my school that was boring, so i never witnessed extreme case of bullying

First thing first, bystanders are also bad. They saw, but they ignored, feigning ignorance and avoiding themselves so that they won't be involved. Even if they had some sympathy, it wouldn't be enough, a mere sympathy won't save the victim. I know, a certain action we do can make the victim's condition worse, but that doesn't mean that we should just ignore it. Let's imagine we are in the victim's condition, do you really think that you can solve everything yourself while mentally suffered? Mostly not.

So basically what I want to say is that I hate him letting her getting bullied, I really hate seeing this kinda condition. It makes me want to jump into the scene and punch all of them (except the victim of course).

Well, it doesn't justify what she did though. I'll be happy if she avange the bullies instead, pretty hippocratic, aren't I?. But I think it'll make the story less "depressing" in a certain way

Why do I get the feeling that she was just bullying him to get him to flip his shit and push her down a la Sadistic MC style and put her in her place like a true M.
It's straight up weird how we're getting these flashbacks and that last moment that lead to MC having a grin when looking at her was kinda weird/shady as if foreshadowing that he secretly enjoyed looking at her broken down or something. At least the art spoke so.

Can't really tell though, whole story is a mind-fuck anyway.

@iykoou First things first, you shouldn't rely too much on a bystander. Fix your own damn problem first instead of looking for someone to babysit you every single time unless they were your family, lovers, or best friend who you can really depend to. I do hate bullies and scumbag like those but what i hate more are those gutless weaklings who can't even try to stand up for themselves. People who doesnt even bother helping themselves dont really deserve the help of others.
