Adorable chapter, and a nice breather after all that tension. It was also really nice how the author was able to give each character their own moment in the chapter, even if just at a glance, lol at Anon wanting to eat only the vegetables on her skewer, didn't expect that one.

I understand but don't share the feeling that Maru being the focus this chapter is a chekhov, of course it could be, but not necessarily. She's been estabilished already as being the most normal of the girls so far, with no particular talent being shown yet and having no prior experience or training. She also already had her share of reality checks and got really inspired to work harder and earn her place in the last events (ex: ch. 46.5).

I think some other girls who didn't have much of a spotlight yet will have their own PoV chapters soon, and we should see some new relationships develop. And everything will depend greatly on what's the next challenge.

Btw, didn't notice that Hibana's rank was wrong too , but no damage done. As always, thank you very much to the @FlameSubsScans team for the scanlation.
